Each cook makes it a bit differently, but the the basic ingredients are: chickpeas/garbanzo beans, fava beans, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, flour/bread crumbs, salt & pepper. Also can have: cilantro, additional spices. Usually served with tahini or other sauces. Often eaten as a sandwich in pita bread. Lettuce and tomato may be added to the sandwich. 2 minutes
